Meet Paul Monsef
Principle / Project Manager
As the founder of Atera Homes, I believe that my extensive experience in construction and architectural design has helped me build a cohesive and efficient team.
I began my architectural career in 1997 after spending 7 years in construction. Since then, my focus has been on designing and building custom homes that exceed clients’ expectations.
Over the years, I have acquired a great deal of technical knowledge and experience that has enabled me to deliver exceptional results. At Atera Homes, we strongly believe in the importance of communication, problem-solving and attention to detail.
Our team is committed to building dream homes that reflect our clients’ unique vision. When I’m not working, I enjoy indulging in my hobbies of dirt biking, snowboarding, Krav Maga and Taekwondo.
Meet Rachel Monsef
HR & Business Process Manager
I am the wife to the founder, and I work in Human Resources at Atera Homes.
I firmly believe that a supportive work environment empowers employees to better serve our clients.
In addition to my work at Atera Homes, I also consult for the pharmaceutical industry where I have over 20 years of experience managing projects and teams.
Outside of work, I enjoy practicing Taekwondo and Krav Maga, spending time with my family, homeschooling, volunteering with kids at church, shopping, and going to the spa.
Meet Milton Orellana
Project Manager
I am a Seattle native with a passion for architecture and construction.
I acquired my skills at Lake Washington Institute of Technology, where I studied architectural technology.
Before joining Atera Homes, I worked as a Program Director/Instructor at a martial arts school and earned my 5th degree black belt in Taekwondo.
At Atera, I have been able to rise from an entry drafter to my current role as a Project Architect Engineer.
In this role, I oversee luxury home designs from concept to completion. I take pride in being a part of the construction process and diligently monitoring the timeline of each project to ensure that the client’s vision becomes a reality.
During my free time, I enjoy watching football, playing soccer, snowboarding, and collecting sports cards.
Meet Ulises Orellana
Field Assistant
Growing up in Renton, Washington, I never imagined myself pursuing a career in construction.
However, after joining Atera Homes in 2020, I discovered a passion for the industry.
With my current studies in Cybersecurity at Renton Technical College, I am able to bring a unique perspective to the team and contribute to the success of our projects.
Outside of work and school, I love to spend my free time practicing martial arts and playing video games.
Meet Timothy Cluck
Superintendent
I have always been interested in construction since I was young.
I started my career in construction when I was just thirteen years old.
After graduating, I decided to pursue a career in education and worked as a teacher for 25 years.
However, I never lost my passion for construction and continued to work on handyman tasks.
Eventually, I decided to switch back to construction and now work as a field manager, which I really enjoy.
I love spending time playing outdoor sports.
My family is the most important part of my life.
I am married and have four wonderful children.
Meet Andrew Kirby
Field Tech
Growing up in Greenville, North Carolina, I began working in construction at the young age of seventeen.
My passion for building led me to pursue a degree in business management from Pensacola Christian College in Florida.
Since graduating, I have worked with Atera Homes in Washington and gained experience in the residential construction industry.
In my free time, I enjoy riding my motorcycle and playing guitar.
Meet Adam Kersey
Construction Manager
I spent my childhood on the outskirts of Monroe, Washington.
I am happily married and have three beautiful children.
With over fifteen years of experience in management, I have worked in retail and automotive metal recycling and have experience in remodeling, process improvement and production.
Since April 2022, I have worked as a field manager at Atera Homes.
I enjoy spending time with my family, church family, as well as fishing, reading, and music.
Meet Abigail Cluck
Design Coordinator & Marketing Manager
I’m originally from Seattle and I adore the area I was raised in. Growing up, I discovered how fun home renovations are while helping my dad with house flips. It was always so satisfying to see the transformation of a space.
However, deciding on a career path was a challenge for me, because of my different interests.
While I’ve always been drawn to the medical field, I developed a passion for interior design as I grew older.
When I was given the opportunity to work at Atera Homes, I knew it was going to be a perfect fit.
I love planning, organizing, and guiding clients through every detail of their home projects.
Working here has taught me so much and I’m grateful to be a part of this team.
I also hold a nurse assistant certificate, which allows me to serve people in a different capacity.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and our adorable pups and taking walks to local coffee shops.
Meet Kim Green
Accounting Administrator
I was born and raised in Bellingham, WA.
I consider myself a jack of all trades, but due to my natural ability to balance numbers, I have been working in accounting for the past 25 years.
I take pride in my ability to take on a task, create a process, and execute it efficiently.
In 2014, I joined Atera Homes as the Controller in the accounting department.
I enjoy seeing our clients build their dream.
