• Construction: Once the preliminary planning is completed and agreements are signed, we can begin construction on your luxury home. We will keep you involved throughout the entire process so you always know what is going on with your home.

At Atera Homes, we are willing to create a unique floor plan that is tailored to your preferences. However, most of our clients prefer to choose from our existing portfolio of luxury home designs. We can make modifications to any of the home designs in our current portfolio in order to meet your preferences.

There are a variety of factors that determine the final cost of a custom home built by Atera Homes, including the size and design of your chosen plans.  Although there is not a single price per square foot that would account for all custom homes, our desigers/architects will work with you to get the best estimated cost. Once a house plan has been chosen, we will give you the most accurate cost estimate possible so that you can plan your budget accordingly.
